Description

Our client is looking for a seasoned mid-market Producer to join their growing team. Brokerage is open for producers anywhere in Canada who can help them expand.  

What you will be doing:   

  • Build a book of midmarket business from the ground up.  
  • Manage leads provided by the company.   
  • Be the go-to-person for assessing client’s insurance needs. 
  • Work with account managers and support staff to manage the book.  

What we are looking for: 

  • Level 2 General Insurance License 
  • RIBO license an asset 
  • Strong experience within the midmarket commercial space 
  • At least 4 years of commercial lines experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations 

* Compensation will include new business and renewal commissions
