Looking for a dynamic role where you can grow your expertise and business? We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Insurance Broker who will help expand and service accounts, working directly with small businesses.
What You'll Do:
- Build and grow a portfolio of small business clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products.
- Provide top-notch customer service, responding quickly to client inquiries.
- Guide clients through renewals, ensuring timely updates and presentations.
- Collaborate with underwriters, keeping clients’ needs a priority.
- Mentor and support the team to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1-2 years experience in insurance or a related field.
- Familiarity with Broker Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Working toward or holding a Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance License.
- Passion for client service and team collaboration.
