What you will be doing:   

  • Grow and maintain dealerships relationships of the brokerage in the Lower Mainland, particularly in Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby.  
  • Manage training, coaching, performance evaluation of road agents.  
  • Guide the team in achieving their sales target.  

  

What we are looking for:  

  • Must have road agent experience and proven relationships with dealerships 
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance 
  • 2 plus years of leadership/mentoring experience 
  • Level 2 license  
  • Great communications skills, comfortable in multi-tasking and must have good customer service skills 
  • A valid BC driver’s license and can drive to different dealerships in the Lower Mainland
